1 on 1 training up to 12 or 8 times a month for 50 minutes. Unlimited use of the Norma Tec recovery system, 4 group strength classes, unlimited boxing & restorative classes, and open gym access. 

1 on 1 training up to 12 or 8 times a month for 30 minutes. Unlimited use of the Norma Tec recovery system, 6 boxing & restorative classes, and open gym access. 

1 on 1 training up to 4 times a month for 50 or 30 minutes.
