Train Like a Pro.
Perform Like a Champion.
Founded with a singular mission — to deliver world-class training and therapy to every client who walks through our doors. We combine cutting-edge sports science with decades of hands-on experience working with professional athletes across the NFL, motorsports, hockey, and beyond.
Our walls tell the story. Signed jerseys from NFL players, racing suits from championship drivers, and autographed photos from the pros we’ve trained — each one a testament to the trust elite athletes place in our methods.
Whether you’re a professional athlete seeking an edge or someone committed to reaching peak performance, you’ll train in the same facility, with the same science-driven approach, and the same uncompromising standards.

Luke has been training consistently for the past 6 years and recently began helping others on their own fitness journeys as one of our coaches.
What motivates Luke most is helping people move and feel better. After experiencing a shoulder injury when he was younger that never received the proper attention, he developed a passion for helping others improve mobility, build strength, and regain confidence following injuries.
When he’s not in the gym, you’ll most likely find Luke outdoors. Whether it’s backpacking, camping, hiking, or exploring with his dog, he loves staying active in nature. He’s also an avid runner and enjoys hitting the trails with his four-legged training partner.
💪 Fun Fact: Luke is a self-proclaimed fitness nerd! He’s always reading the latest research on hypertrophy, training methods, and rep ranges to continue learning and become a better coach for every client he works with.
If you see Luke around the gym, be sure to say hello! We’re excited to have him as part of the Train HD family and can’t wait for you to train with him.
